from the date of delivery
Return Conditions
Unopened / Unused Items
Items returned in original, sealed packaging within 30 days qualify for a full refund with no questions asked.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
Items that arrived defective or were damaged in transit qualify for a full refund or free replacement regardless of when the issue is reported, subject to warranty terms.
Opened / Used Non-Defective Items
Items that have been opened and used but are not defective are eligible for return within 30 days. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Outside the 30-Day Window
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not accepted unless covered under the 1-year warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email argrouplondon7@gmail.com with your Amazon order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 4 business hours.
Ship the Item
We provide a prepaid return label for defective items. For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 2 business days. Funds appear in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
