What's Covered

- Firmware failures caused by factory software
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
- Water or liquid damage
- Unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs
- Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches and scuffs
- Damage from using non-approved accessories or power sources
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
